Lisa Hazlett Roberts is a transformative philanthropy strategist and organizational architect with more than two decades of experience helping mission-driven organizations build sustainable revenue models and enduring impact. Her career spans founding her own consulting firm and four nonprofits, leading national fundraising efforts, and driving institutional growth at the executive level—all grounded in a deep belief in the power of education and liberty to change lives.

Currently serving as Chief Philanthropy Officer at Certell, Lisa oversees a comprehensive multi-year fundraising strategy that spans major gifts, grants, annual giving, and events. Prior to joining Certell, she founded and led Hazlett Consulting, where she partnered with liberty-focused nonprofits and educational institutions to sharpen their vision, set ambitious yet attainable fundraising goals, and build operational roadmaps for long-term growth. Her consulting engagements included strategic leadership and fundraising for Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Atlas Network, American Institute for Economic Research, American Dream Coalition, and many State Policy Network members.

Lisa is a Florida native. She earned her MBA from Jacksonville University, where she received a merit fellowship for her contributions to the Northeast Florida nonprofit community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Florida, graduating cum laude. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she has dedicated time to a range of causes as a volunteer—from disaster relief and affordable housing to mentoring students and supporting Florida environmental conservation.

Lisa is married to her junior high school sweetheart, and together they are the parents of four amazing young adults and one really spoiled cat.
